Join golf fitness guru Hattie Lawrence for an evenings session on understanding the importance of strength, warming up, recovery & nutrition for injury prevention and getting the most out of your golf – all with a specific focus on how this relates to the female body.
The evening will be fun, interactive and involve rotations around the golf bays which will be setup with different exercises for you to try, as well as some 1-2-1 time with Hattie for a dive into your specific needs!

The evening agenda:
7pm - Arrival and enjoy a health concious drink with fellow participants!
7:30 - Intro from Hattie
8pm - Bay circuits 1hr
9pm - Further networking
10pm - Venue close

Join us and Skratch Women for the 2nd Womens Fashion Evening, where you can enjoy a chance to do some pre-Christmas shopping with independent golf and lifestyle brands hand picked by the Skratch team. Golfers and non-golfers welcome to this unique shopping event where we will also have a fashion show, golf challenges and a chance to meet like minded female golfers!

The evening agenda:
7pm - Arrival, mingle and enjoy a cocktail of the month
8pm - Fashion show
10pm - Venue close
Throughout pop-up shops, golf challenges and networking
