With a professional background in retail buying but a passion for golf, Caroline Shukla left the fashion industry and founded Skratch Women in 2021 with a mission to inspire, encourage and support inner-city women to enjoy the skill of golf. 

As our founder discovered the hard way, finding women in the city to play golf with was an almost impossible challenge. Our community is designed to connect like-minded women who share a unique skill.

We work with business to host event days that inspire, empower, and challenge their employees. Learning a lifelong skill, like golf, helps to boost employees' morale, benefit their professional careers and their personal lives.
